For a minimal fee, caterers can avail of our kitchen equipment and serving staff for your occasion
Management reserved the rights to amend prices. Prices are valid up until Jan 2026 and on limited remaining dates for 2027. In the instance that VAT increases this will impact on the current prices quoted. Please confirm with management.
The Small Print
Terms & Conditions for Wedding Reception Bookings
We only host one wedding per day at Ballyrafter House
A minimum of 80 guests is required to privately hire the venue
Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days before the wedding - this is the guaranteed minimum number which will be charged for
No food or alcohol may be brough onto the premises, we cater for all in house!
We offer Complimentary parking for your guests on the day of the wedding
An initial rental fee / non transferable deposit will be requested to confirm your date (this figure will depend on the season / date requested)
Complimentary overnight accommodation in our Wedding Suite is included in our site rental, as well as two guest bedrooms (subject to the minimum number of required guests being met)
We also offer discounted wedding rates on our rooms for other guests. Any unconfirmed bedrooms will be released four weeks prior to the date.
