    For special requests, amendments, or cancellations, please contact our reservations team directly before your arrival.

  • All B&B reservations require credit card details to guarantee bookings. Provisional bookings will be held for an agreed period and then released if not secured with credit card details.

    Bookings for parties, events and restaurant are done via a payment link to your email through our booking system.

    We also accept all major credit cards through Booking.com

    We accept Visa & Mastercard on site.

    Please note we do not accept American Express

  • For bookings made directly with Ballyrafter, our cancellation policy is free up to 7 days prior to arrival.

    Reservations which are cancelled less than 5 days prior to the arrival date, will be subject to a non-arrival charge of one night’s accommodation.

    For parties, events and restaurant bookings, we can offer a refund if cancelled more than one week out or we offer to reschedule if cancelled less than a week out.

    Non confirmed reservations will be cancelled. For group bookings, please refer to contracts issued. For third party bookings, please refer to their cancellations T&C’s.

    Check out times: from 08:00 - 11:00

    Late check out is subject to availability. Please advise us on check in if you would like to avail of this service. Please note additional charges will apply.

    We provide luggage storage facilities before and after check-in & check-out. Please liaise with the reception team.

    Breakfast is served every day from 07:30-10:30

    Is Ballyrafter bar open to the public?

    Absolutely!

    Ballyrafter bar is open to the public and guests on Thurs - Sun from 12pm to 11pm for food & drinks

    Are children welcome at Ballyrafter?

    Yes, children are more than welcome at Ballyrafter

    We can provide cots/cribs for children up to two years of age. They must be pre-booked with our reservations team.

    Are you dog friendly?

    We are, we charge a €25 cleaning fee for all rooms with dogs.

    Are you wheelchair accessible?

    Unfortunately our rooms are not wheelchair accessible. We apologise for the inconvenience

    Does Ballyrafter have interconnecting rooms?

    Yes, we have interconnecting rooms which are perfect for families of up to 4 guests.

    Can I get amenities or gifts in the room & what do you offer?

    Yes, we offer a variety of amenities that can be placed in rooms prior to guest arrival. Please ask us at the time of booking for more details.

    Is it possible to upgrade my room?

    Yes, it is possible to upgrade your room. A rate supplement will apply. To upgrade your room, please contact the reservations team.

  • Are there any meeting & conference facilities?

    Yes, we have a meeting room available offering a diverse range of meeting, conference, and event facilities to suit your needs.

    How many people can the meeting room accommodate?

    The capacities of our meeting facilities range up to 50 delegates.

    Offsite meeting facilities available. Screens, A/V, Whiteboard etc

    Do you host weddings at Ballyrafter?

    Yes, we offer a variety of wedding packages. Speak with our management over email at info@ballyrafter.com to arrange an appointment to plan your special day.
